On Monday, January 25th, 2016 I met with a large group at the Microsoft offices in Alpharetta, GA to present how to build Angular 2.0 apps using TypeScript.
The talk was aimed at individuals who have little to no experience with Angular 2.0. It covers building an app from scratch, starting with some tools to get you started and ending with a discussion of the more advanced features like data-binding.
I wrote the deck in JavaScript and you can view the presentation here.
A week later I followed up with a hands-on lab. Instead of presenting how to build an Angular 2.0 app, I shared setup instructions and discussed the various steps to build the project as well as supported the attendees while they built the project on their own laptops.
Although the lab was not recorded, you can follow my step-by-step lab instructions and duplicate the steps on your own machine.
